Recipe - French Doughnut Muffins

Ingredients:

1 lg Egg; beaten
1/3 cup Butter; melted
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Milk
1 One half cup Flour; plus 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg

TOPPING
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Butter; melted

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin cups. Bake 400 1520
minutes or until browned. Cool enough to handle. Combine sugar and
cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mixture. Serve
immediately
