Recipe - French Cauliflower Salad

1 Head cauliflower; steamed
and chilled
Corn; as much as you like,
steamed and chilled
2 (or more?) fresh tomatoes;
chopped
Fatfree mustard vinaigrette
Freshly ground black pepper

Also, I spent a semester in France as an undergraduate and my French mother
used to fix this salad a lot, so I'll call it:

Arrange the cauliflower, corn and tomatoes in strips on a platter then
drizzle with the vinaigrette. Add pepper. This is a very colorful
presentation!
