4 ounce Brie cheese cut in 1/4"
slices
4 French rolls or
minibaguettes cut in half
lengthwise; toasted
4 sl Tomato
Leaf lettuce
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: To prepare each sandwich, place One fourth of the cheese on
bottom half of 1 toasted roll. Place on microwavesafe plate lined with
microwavesafe paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 3045 seconed or until
cheese is melted. Top with 1 tomato slice, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of
roll. Repeat for remaining sandwiches. BROILER DIRECTIONS: Place One fourth of the
cheese on bottom half of each toasted roll. Place on ungreased cookie
sheet; broil 46 inches from heat for 12 minutes or until cheese is
melted. Top with tomato slices, lettuce leaves and top halves of rolls.
