Recipe - French Apple Bread Pudding

3 Eggs
1 cn (14 oz) Eagle Brand
sweetened milk
3 md Apples, pared, cored, finely
chopped
1 Three fourths cup Hot water
One fourth cup Butter
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 cup French bread cubes
One half cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water,
butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening
completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or
until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate
leftovers.
