Recipe - Freezer Mix Lasagne

1 pack BeefTomato Freezer Mix
One half teaspoon Oregano leaves
1 tablespoon Snipped parsley
One fourth cup Water

NOODLES AND CHEESE
1 pack Lasagne noodles
1 pack Creamed cottage cheese
2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350'. In ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches, or baking dish,
11 3/4x7 1/2x1 Three fourths inches, layer half each of the noodles, meat sauce,
cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese; repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over
top. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.

Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2quart
saucepan, heat frozen mix, oregano leaves, parsley and water to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Uncover and
simmer, stirring occasionally, until mix is thawed.
