Recipe - Freeze Ahead Mini Meatballs

2 pound Lean ground beef
1 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
Three fourths cup Undiluted Carnation 2%
Evaporated Milk
One half cup Finely chopped onion
2 Beaten eggs
2 teaspoon Salt
Combine meat, bread crumbs, E. Milk, onion, eggs and salt in a large bowl;
mix well. Shape mixture into 1 One fourth inch balls. Place in single layer in
10x15xOne fourth inch jelly roll pan. Bake in hot oven (500) 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain; cool. divide meatballs in half, wrap well; freeze. Makes about 65
small meatballs.
