3 tablespoon Oil
1 One half cup Onions; thinly cut or sliced up
1 pound Frankfurters; cut into 1/2
inch slices
2 cup Hot cooked rice
One half cup Water
11 ounce Condensed cream of mushroom
soup
6 sl American cheese
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium
high heat. Sauté onions 45 minutes, until tender. Add franks and brown
lightly. Stir in next 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 3
minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese
and bake 1015 minutes.
