Recipe - Four-Layer Lemon Pie

LAYER
1 One half cup Flour
One half cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Sugar, heaping
5 tablespoon Milk
LAYER
8 ounce Cream cheese,softened
4 ounce Whipped topping
1 cup Powdered sugar
LAYER
6 ounce Instant lemon pudding mix
3 cup Milk
LAYER
4 ounce Whipped topping
LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.Bake in a
preheated 400 degree oven until browned,8 to 10 minutes.
LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.Chill.
LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.Chill.
LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.Chill until serving
time.Serves 8
