6 ounce Penne or other tube pasta
Three fourths pound Ground beef
1 cn 14 One half ounce Chunky Pasta Style
Stewed tomatoes (DelMonte)
1 cup Sliced green onions
1 pack (3 oz) cream cheese
One half cup Shredded swiss cheese
One half cup Shredded parmesan cheese
One half cup Shredded Sharp
Cheddar cheese
Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet brown meat. Salt and
pepper to taste. Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.
Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2
minutes to melt cheeses. Prep and cook time: 30 minutes
