Recipe - Formosan Pork

3 tablespoon Oil
One half pound Pork; in sm. pieces
3 Onions; chopped fine
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half Head cabbage; finely
shredded
1 tablespoon Chopped gingerroot
3 Green peppers; in 1/2"
squares
1 pn Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Hot cooked rice
Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stirfry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and
cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers,
salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
