Recipe - Footys Perfect Pasta

1 pound Fettuccine
1 pound Cooked shrimp, chopped into
bitesize pieces
1 One half cup Halfandhalf or heavy cream
1 cup Frozen peas, thawed
Three fourths cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add fettuccine and cook about 7
minutes. Drain well; return to pot and add cream, peas and cheese over low
heat, heat through.
Note: Footy is a radio personality in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Y100
