Focaccia Bread recipe makes 1 Servings

1 Loaf frozen bread dough
Exvirgin olive oil
Garlic; minced
Rosemary
Sage
Basil
Pancetta or bacon
Black olives; pitted
Sliced onions
Thaw dough. Knead in a couple teaspoons of olive oil and season as desired
with other ingredients. Form into a large flat loaf on a welloiled baking
sheet and bake at 400~ until browned and done. (wrv)
