Recipe - Fluffy Orange Cake

2 Layer size yellow cake mix
1 cup Orange juice
3 Eggs
Three fourths cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
One fourth cup Poppy seed optional
Powdered sugar
HEAT oven to 350øF.
MIX all ingredients except the powdered sugar with an electric mixer on
medium speed for 2 minutes.
POUR into a greased and floured 10inch tube pan or a 12cup fluted tube
pan.
BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center
comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes; then remove from pan. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar before serving.
