Hi Andrea; I have a meatloaf
recipe from the 1961
edition of Betty Crocker's
Cookbook It's good; a little
wet, but very good. I had
another I wanted to
Send also; but I can't find
it!
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. For better browning,
shape loaf on shallow baking pan. (I use a loaf pan) Bake 1 One half hr., or
until done. I always smear ketchup all over the top before baking. makes 8
servings
BEEF LOAF: Use 1 One half lb. ground beef for the meat in recipe above. In place
of mustard and sage, use 1 Tb. EACH horseradish and ketchup.
