Recipe - Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

One half cup Butter softened
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 pound Powdered sugar
One half cup Cocoa
2 Egg white unbeaten
One fourth cup Boiling water
Cream butter with vanilla and One half cup of powdered sugar. Add cocoa and egg
whites. Continue beating, adding powdered sugar and boiling water
alternately until desired consistency is reached.
