Recipe - Flounder Skillet

One half cup 100% corn oil margarine
1 tablespoon Dill weed
2 cup Thinly cut or sliced up potatoes
1 cup Sliced onion
1 pack (9oz) green beans
1 pound Flounder fillets
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Lemon juice
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
White pepper
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer
potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder.
Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with
remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are
done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices.
