Recipe - Flavored Mocha Mix

1 One half cup Nondairy Powdered Creamer
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Instant Coffee Granules OR
One half cup Coffee Crystals
One half cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 ds Salt
One fourth teaspoon Vanilla Extract
One fourth teaspoon Almond Extract
Boiling Water
Whipped Cream if desired

In lrg. bowl, combine all ingredients except extracts, boiling water and
whipped cream; mix well. Place 1 One half cups of mixture in sm. bowl. Add
vanilla extract; mix well. Add almond extract to remaining mixture in large
bowl; mix well. Store each in tightly covered container. To serve: Combine
3 tbsp. of desired mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Garnis
