Recipe - Flank Steak With Pineapple Chili Sauce

1 cn (8 oz) DOLE Crushed
Pineapple in Juice
1 pound Beef flank steak; (up to
11/2)
Salt and pepper; to taste
Three fourths cup Chili sauce
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
2 dr Hot pepper sauce
Drain pineapple well; save juice for a beverage. Season steak with salt and
pepper. Broil 4 inches from heat 57 minutes on each side for mediumrare.
Combine drained pineapple, chili sauce, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce
in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Slice steak across
the grain into thin slices. Top with chili sauce.
