Recipe - Five Spice Fish

2 pound Fillets
2/3 cup Onion chopped
1 One half tablespoon Ginger
One half cup Soy sauce
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Allspice
One fourth teaspoon Cloves
Cut fillets in 2'" x 2" long slices. Mix fillets with onions, ginger, soy
sauce, sugar, oil, and spices. Cover and chill for several hours. Broil
on both sides.
