Recipe - Five Seed Wheat Bread

for 1 One half pound loaf
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Salad oil
2 tablespoon Honey
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 One half cup Wholewheat flour
5 teaspoon Sunflower seed
5 teaspoon Millet
5 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 tablespoon Sesame seed
1 tablespoon Poppy seed
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pack Active dry yeast
2 pound Loaf:
1 One fourth cup Water
3 tablespoon Salad oil
3 tablespoon Honey
2 cup Allpurpose flour
2 cup Wholewheat flour
2 tablespoon Sunflower seed
2 tablespoon Millet
2 tablespoon Mustard seed
4 teaspoon Sesame seed
4 teaspoon Poppy seed
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 pack Active dry yeast
1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan according to manufacturer's
directions.
2. Select wholewheat cycle.
3. Remove baked loaf from pan at once. Cool on a rack at least 15 minutes
before slicing. Serve hot, warm, or cool.
