Recipe - Five Alarm Chili

1 One fourth pound Italian Sausage
32 ounce Whole Canned Tomatoes
1 cn (16 Oz) Can Of Chili Beans
1 Onion; Chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic; Minced
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Basil
1 One half teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Parsley
1 One fourth pound Ground Beef
1 cn (6 Oz) Tomato Paste
1/8 cup Olive Oil
3/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Cumin
1/8 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tablespoon Dill Weed
1 cn (Small) Black Olives; Sliced
Saute the onion in olive oil. Add the meat and brown. Add rest of
ingredients and simmer for an hour or more. Add olives prior to serving.
Offer sour cream, cheddar or monterey jack cheese, onion, and corn chips as
condiments. You can also add 2T of sugar and sometimes adjust seasoning to
taste.
Serving Ideas : cornbread, ranch dip & veggies
