Recipe - Five-Minute Fudge

2 tablespoon Butter
2/3 cup Evaporated milk
1 2/3 cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 One half cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Chopped nuts
Combine first four ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat &
bring to a boil. Cook 45 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when
mixture starts to 'bubble' around edges of pan.) Remove from heat. Add
marshmallows, chocolate chips & vanilla. Stir until melted. Add nuts. Pour
into an 8inch square, buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
