DIRECTIONS FOR 1 LB LOAF
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 One half cup Bread flour
One fourth cup Aramanth flour*
One fourth cup Whole wheat flour
One fourth cup Soy flour
One fourth cup Rolled oats
2 tablespoon Powdered milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Honey
One fourth cup Flax or sesame seeds
Three fourths cup Sourdough starter
One half cup Water
DIRECTIONS FOR 1.5 LB LOAF
2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
One fourth cup (plus 2 tb) Aramanth flour*
One fourth cup (plus 2 tb)Whole wheat flour
One fourth cup (plus 2 tb) Soy flour
One fourth cup (plus 2 tb) Rolled oats
3 tablespoon Powdered milk
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 One half tablespoon Honey
1/3 cup Flax or sesame seeds
1 cup (plus 2 tb)Sourdough starter
Three fourths cup Water
1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine
manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the
manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool completely before
