Recipe - Fish In Tomato-Wine Sauce

1 md Onion minced
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
8 ounce Tomato sauce
One half cup Tomato paste
Three fourths cup Water
One half cup Dry white wine
1 teaspoon Oregano
Fresh ground black pepper
1 One half pound Flounder fillets cut or sliced up
Into 3 inch s
In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender. Add basil and
saute for another few minutes. Add everything else except fish. Bring to a
boil and stir so that paste is mixed in. Simmer on low for 1015 minutes.
Add fish and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until fish is
completely cooked.
