Recipe - Fish In Foil

Ingredients:

6 ounce Halibut steak
4 md Mushrooms
2 Cherry tomatoes; halved
2 Lemon slices
One half md Green bell pepper; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Diet Mountain Dew
Crushed pepper

Place fish in center of a 20x14" piece of heavy duty foil. Place mushrooms,
tomatoes, lemon and green bell pepper around fish. Fold edges of foil up;
pour soda over fish. Fold foil to seal tightly. Bake at 375 F. for 2025
minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully to
allow steam to secape. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 1 serving. 1 serving
equals 4 very lean meat, 1 One half vegetable 205 calories, 95 mg. sodium, 49
