Ingredients:

3 cup Cooked brown rice
16 ounce Mild picante sauce
One fourth cup Chopped green peppers
1 pound Fish fillets cod; sole,
flounder
2 tablespoon ;melted margarine
1 teaspoon Herb seasonings

Mix rice, 1 cup picante sauce and green peppers together. Place in
casserole dish. Place fish fillets over rice mixture. Pour melted margarine
over fish nad sprinkle with seasoning. Pour remaining picante sauce over
fish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on hi for 7 10 minutes. Fish is
ready to serve when if flakes easily when tested with a fork.
