Recipe - Fish Sauce

2 Cloves garlic; smashed
1 small Serrano pepper; chopped
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Lime; juiced
1 cup Water
3 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve at
room temperature.
