Recipe - Fish Fillets Pizza Style

4 Frozen fish fillet
1 lg Or two small green peppers
cut or sliced up
16 lg Mushrooms cut or sliced up
12 sl Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tomatoes cut or sliced up thin
Oregano
Sweet basil
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

1. Brush fish fillets with olive oil

2. Sprinkle fillets with spices on all sides

3. Layer on top of fish green peppers, onions, tomatoes

4. Sprinkle tomatoes with all spices including parmesan cheese

5. Lay Jack cheese on top to tomato

6. Micro wave on high until cheese melt and fish flakes Posted to TNT
