Recipe - First String Mango Salsa

4 Ripe mangos, peeled and
coarsely chopped
One half Red onion, peeled and minced
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and
finely chopped
4 tablespoon Lime juice
2 Cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoon Minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
Salt, to taste
1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; refrigerate at
least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
