Recipe - First Street Grille Bayou Shrimp

SEASONING MIX
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One fourth teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 One half tablespoon Chopped garlic
SHRIMP
1 tablespoon Clarified butter
1 One half tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 pound Shrimp, peeled with tail
left on
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 One half tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon (level) seasoning mix
3 ounce Domestic beer (up to 4)
3 tablespoon Butter

Make Seasoning: Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Reserve remainder
for next time you make recipe.
Make Shrimp: Heat clarified butter in saute pan. Add garlic and saute until
golden. Add shrimp and toss. Immediately add lemon juice, worcestershire
sauce and seasoning mix. Toss again, then add beer. Reduce heat and simmer
for 30 seconds or until shrimp are pink and tender. Remove from heat and
stir in butter until melted.
