Recipe - Firemen Do Eat Quiche

3 cup Grated zucchini
1 small Onion; chopped
1 cup Bisquick
4 Eggs
One half cup Vegetable oil
One half cup Grated Parmesan cheese
One half teaspoon Parsley (or One fourth cup fresh)
One half teaspoon Marjoram
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Fresh black pepper

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a large greased pie plate at 350 degrees for
30 minutes, or until golden brown. Recipe from 1986 "The Firefighters
