Recipe - Finger Paint (Iowa Church Cookbook)

One half cup Nonself rising wheat flour
2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Glycerine
1 teaspoon Borax
Food coloring
Baby food jars or other sm.
jars

Mix flour with One half cup of water to form a paste. Add remaining water to
form a thinner paste. Cook over low heat until thick and clear, stirring
constantly. Cool. Add glycerine and Borax. (If mixture is too thick,
thin with small amount of water.) Pour into jars. Add food coloring. Makes
2 cups.
