Recipe - Fillets Ole

1 pound Cod fillets
1/3 cup Corn flake crumbs
2 ounce Fatfree cheddar cheese
(sold in slices)
One fourth cup Picante sauce
One fourth Garlic salt
1 Garlic clove (pressed; then
discarded)
Preheat oven 400 . Coat fillets w/ corn flake crumbs. In small bowl,
combine Picante sauce, salt and garlic salt. Spoon Picante sauce mixture
over fillets. Place One half slice cheese on top of each fillet and sprinkle
with remaining corn flake crumbs. In broiler pan, bake fish for 15 to 20
minutes (longer if fish fillets or thicker). Serves four. busted by sooz
