6 Small chopped green onions
One half pound Fresh mushrooms, cut or sliced up
1 pound Flounder
One fourth teaspoon Salt & pepper
One half teaspoon Dried whole italian season
2 tablespoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Soy sauce
One half cup White wine
One fourth cup Orange juice
3 tablespoon Curacau liqueur
1 Paprika
2 tablespoon Minced parsley
Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9inch baking
dish. Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italiian seasoning. add
remaining onions and mushrooms. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients,
pour over vegetables and fish. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or
until fish is opaque. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
