Filet Mignon Marchad De Vin recipe makes 4 Servings
2 Filet mignon steaks
One half cup Marchad de Vin sauce (see
recipe)
Broil or grill steaks until nearly done to your preference. During last 2
minutes, cover the top of each steak with about One fourth cup hot Marchad de Vin
sauce. Remove from broiler or grill & serve.
