8 Ripe green or black figs
About 1 cup of mascarpone
cheese, at room temperature
One fourth cup Honey (about)
Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large.
Place One fourth cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the
mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings
