Recipe - Fiesta Salmon

One half cn (11 oz) condensed of cheddar
cheese soup
3 tablespoon Milk
3 tablespoon Chopped canned green chili
peppers
teaspoon Instant minced onion
1 cn (7 3/4oz) salmon or
1 cn (6.57 oz) tuna, drained and
broken into chunks
Three fourths cup Coarsely crushed tortilla
chips
In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion. Heat and stir
until bubbly. Stir in salmon or tuna and One half cup of the corn chips. Turn
mixture into two 8ounce individual casseroles. Top with remaining tortilla
chips. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees until heated through, about 30
minutes Makes 2 servings I have doubled this and tripled this many times ,
