Recipe - Fiesta Corn Salad

1 cn (15oz) whole kernel corn;
drained
1 small Tomato; chopped
1 small Cucumber; peeled and
chopped
One half cup Chopped celery
One half cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 small Onion; chopped
Three fourths cup Commercial Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into serving dish
and chill for several hours for flavors to blend.
Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and
the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green
onions, cut or sliced up , for the chopped onion. This goes well on a picnic; it
doesn't spoil easily.
