Recipe - Fiery Chili Sauce

8 cup Tomatoes; peeled, chopped
1 cup Hot chili peppers; roasted,
chopped
Three fourths cup Red bell pepper; roasted,
chopped
3 cup Onion; chopped
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 cn Tomato paste; 8 oz
3 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 tablespoon Canning salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper; freshly ground
Cook ingredients in large pot over medium heat for 1 to 1 One half hours, stir
occasionally. When thick enough for you [it will thicken as it cools] put
in pint jars. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
