Recipe - Fiery Boursin Burgers

1 pound Lean ground beef
1 Egg; beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Three fourths teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
1 pack (5 ounce) Boursin or herbed
chevre cheese
Preheat broiler In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire and
TABASCO sauce until mixed well. Divide into five portions. Form
threequarters of each portion into patty, reserving remainder. Make
indentation in center of patty and fill with 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover
cheese with reserved meat, and form a finished patty. Broil patty 3 to 5
minutes on each side, according to taste. Serve immediately.
