Someone requested a recipe for ff potato salad. Although I don't have an
official recipe, here is what I did a few weeks ago for some very tasty and
ff potato salad (sorry I don't even have a clue what the measurements may
be, but i just add stuff until it looks/tastes right):

~Boil potatoes whole in their skins until soft enough to prick with a fork

~Cool potatotes, peel and cut

~Cook and cool shell shaped pasta (someone else from this list once
suggested this as her "secret potato salad ingredient" to take the place of
eggs and add a different textureit really works!) Add like 1/8 part pasta
to 1 part potato

~I did add hard boiled egg whites for extra bonus protein

~Finely dice some red and green pepper

Mix above with equal parts ff mayo, ff miracle whip, and ff french onion
dip (I used Heluva Good FF French Onion dip, which I absolutely adore as a
condiment for almost everything. This took the creamy place of sour cream
and also added bonus flavor). Throw in some yellow mustard and season to
taste. Potato salad is definately a dish that you can play with!
