Recipe - Fettunta

8 sl Rustic Italian Bread
2 Cloves Garlic; or more to
taste
Sea Salt Or Kosher Salt
ExtraVirgin Olive Oil
Grill bread on each side until toasted on rack over grill with some wood
chips or fruit wood pieces added to coals to give some smoke. Rub each
slice of toasted bread with cut garlic clove. (It may be fun for guests to
do this.) Sprinkle each slice lightly with sald and then drizzle liberally
with olive oil. Serve while still warm.
Makes 8 fettunta
