Recipe - Fettucini Chicken

2 Boneless chicken breasts
(skin removed) cut up in 1
inch pieces
1 bn Brocoli (small pieces)
4 Carrotts ( cut or sliced up in 1/4"
circles)
1 cup Mushrooms ( cut or sliced up )
One fourth cup Green pepper ( minced )
One half cup Onion (lg pieces)
2 tablespoon Olive oil
One fourth cup Teriyaki sauce
In olive oil brown chicken until no longer pink. Add other ingredients and
cover. Simmer until carrots are soft. While simmering prepare fettucini as
directed. When fettucini is done, rinse and place on plates. Place a pat of
butter on hot noodles and about 1 Tab. parmesan cheese, then cover with
chicken/veg mixture and enjoy.
