Recipe - Fettucine Alfredo

4 ounce Eggless fettucine
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoon Butter flavored sprinkles
(Butter Buds)
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
Black pepper
Cook fettucine according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. While pasta is
cooking, prepare sauce; combine remaining ingredients in food processor (or
blender) and process until VERY smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and
cool slightly. Mix with sauce and serve immediately (sauce separates if it
stands too long). Add pepper to taste.
