Recipe - Fettuccini Alfredo

1 pack (8 oz) Cream cheese
Three fourths cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
One half cup Margarine
One half cup Milk
Three fourths cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes (or
sun dried)
Cooked Fettuccini
In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and
milk. Stir over low heat until smooth, add tomatoes and cook for an
additional 5 minutes, add fettuccini and toss lightly and serve.
One last question. Has MM came out with a Windows version yet? I hate to
say it but so far I find it easiest to just type my recipes into Microsoft
Word and edit each as a separate file.
I found this site by accident. Its a business in China that has a cooking
section. I found most of the recipes to be worthless (they contain things I
have never heard of) but the instructions are interesting. The pictures are
great. If you are at all interested in Chinese cooking you might enjoy
looking around. There is also a section on how to cook Chinese style.
