Recipe - Fettuccine Marinara From Lhj

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Olive oil
One half cup Sliced onion
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
One fourth teaspoon Crushed red pepper
4 ounce Smoked ham; minced
1 cup Frozen peas
14 ounce Marinara sauce; jar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 pound Fettuccine or spaghetti;
cooked according to package
directions
One fourth cup Chopped fresh flatleaf
parsley

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add onion and
cook for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, red pepper and ham; cook 2 minutes
more. Add peas and marinara sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
5 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper.

2. Toss sauce with hot pasta and parsley in a serving bowl.
