Recipe - Feta Cheese Balls

One half pound Feta cheese; room
temperature
One half cup Flour
One half cup Egg/milk batter
One half cup Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Once the cheese is at room temperature, form into balls of about a
tablespoon each. Coat each one with flour, then batter, and finally the
bread crumbs. Refrigerate for about an hour. Fry in hot oil until golden
brown, and serve warm.
Per serving: 261 Calories; 13g Fat (45% calories from fat); 11g Protein;
24g Carbohydrate; 51mg Cholesterol; 728mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : These can also be tossed into a green salad!
NOTES : While hardly lowfat...if you like Feta Cheese, this will knock
your socks off!
