Recipe - Festive Vegetable Bake

1 pack (16 oz.) frozen broccoli;
carrots & cauliflower
1 cn (10 Three fourths oz.) cream of
broccol soup
One half cup Milk
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 1/3 cup French fried onions
1. In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine vegetables, soup, milk, soy
and 2/3 cup onions.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1012 minutes (or bake in 375 oven for 3035
minutes) until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally.
3. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Serves 5.
