Ingredients:
Festive Rice Salad recipe makes 12 Servings
3 cup Cooked rice
1 Pack (10oz) cooked peas
1 Bag (6oz) frozen cooked tiny
Shrimp
1 cup Mayonnaise
Three fourths cup Celery slices
2 tablespoon Chopped onion
Salt & pepper
Bibb lettuce
Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Mix lightly. Chill; serve on
lettuce.
