Ingredients:
Feliciana Sweet Potato Muffins recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Sweet potatoes; cooked
1 cup Biscuit mix
1 cup Raisin bran cereal
One fourth cup Honey
1/3 cup Sugar
One fourth Stick butter
1 ds Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
2 Eggs
One half cup Pecans; optional
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
